​4 hours sleep. Woke up at 1130. Heart good. Feeling a touch tense. Not super relaxed. Need more sleep. 
1200: 1x exhilarin, 2 drops d+k

1300: 4x HCP,  sweet kale salad, 

1400: 1x D-stress pill

1530: shake :mct, almond milk, pollen, banana, whey, taurine, phytoberry, ribose, 

1x carnitine, 1x ALA, 1x skate liver oil 
1700: turkey, kibbi nayyi, hummus, fish, spinach, mamas fryjack, mamas dessert, rosehip tea with anise and rose water, 
2300: 1x tryptophan, 1x potassium iodide 
So today was day 2 of being a good days. And by good days I mean days without palpitations. But I’ve noticed something. It’s not completely gone, it reoccurrs during certain times. And so I’ve started to notice when now. And it’s one or a combo of 3 things that’s causing it. 1, sleep. Lack of sleep will cause PAC’s. 2, stress. Stress and adrenaline will activate the heart and make it beat off. 3, and maybe one of the most important right now, food!!  I’ve noticed having a full stomach will cause it to happen. And with that comes a whole host of other feelings. All associated with too much acid and too much food. GERD. Will cause it. For not, voiding the 3 is the best shot I’ve got.
